Shipping & Delivery

Standard Postage is 100% FREE! SAME DAY DISPATCH on orders before 3PM AEST, otherwise within 24 hours of payment! We use various shipping couriers to send out parcels depending on your location. All parcels are sent with a tracking number.

We do not offer International Shipping, we only ship to Australia.

It is your responsibility to make sure that the NAME and ADDRESS specified in your account is correct. We can only post to the address you provide to us. If an item is posted to an incorrect name and/or address, and is subsequently returned to us, an extra postage charge will be applied before your item is re-sent. Your item will be re-sent once payment is received for the new postage charge.

We are humans and in the rare case of a mistake on OUR part, please don't shoot us! We will do our best to get your order to you as fast as possible.

If you have not received your item after 7 business days from the time it was posted, please contact us. We will investigate it for you. Please understand, once your package is posted, we have no control over the speed at which it arrives to you. Our shipping carriers provide us with an indication of ETA, but this can only be used as a guide.

We do not ship on weekends or public holidays. If we are unable to provide you with your purchase, you will receive a FULL refund.

Returns & Replacements

We hope that you are fully satisfied with your purchase, however if you are not, you may return the item within 30 days from the order date for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping and handling costs (if applicable).

All products must be returned to us within 30 days of receiving them:

a. in their original unopened condition (both Products and packaging)
b. securely wrapped
c. together with our delivery slip
d. and at your own risk and cost

When we have received the products, we will credit your account with the purchase price of the products no later than 30 days from the date the products are received by us.

Payment is expected to be made immediately upon purchasing from Supplement Depot. If you require an extension on payment, please contact us to let us know as soon as possible. If payment is not received within 4 days of purchase, we will cancel your order, unless you contact us prior to request an extension.

We accept: Credit Cards

Currently we accept Paypal, VISA and Mastercard. For new buyers, signing up for a PayPal account is now optional. This means you can complete your payment first, and then decide whether to save your information in a PayPal account for future purchases.

We've made online shopping easy! Just follow the steps below to locate and purchase your favourite products from Supplement Depot - Australia's Bodybuilding Supplement SuperSite.

  1. Search or browse the site to locate the items you want to buy. There are several ways to do this:
    • Search by keyword or product name in the search box at the top right of every page.
    • Browse through the products on the site by selecting one of the product categories.
  2. When you find products you would like to purchase, choose the appropriate quantities, sizes, flavours etc. and add the items to your cart.
  3. When you have finished shopping and are ready to checkout, click the Checkout button on the shopping cart page. (To get to the shopping cart page, click on the large shopping cart icon at the top of the page.)
  4. If you are a registered user, log in using your email address and password for faster checkout.
  5. If not, simply fill out your details in the 'Create an Account' section. Fill in all of the required information on the shipping and billing pages. If you have forgotten to fill in a required field, we will alert you so you can go back and try again. Complete the required fields with the requested information and continue to checkout again.
  6. Review your order before submitting to verify all of the information is correct and to get your calculated order total.
  7. Don't forget to include your coupon code and delivery instructions, if applicable.
  8. Submit the order. A confirmation email will be sent containing your order information to the email address provided during checkout.
